Received a Faulty Product? We are committed to delivering high-quality products, but we understand that issues may arise. If you've received a faulty product, please contact our customer service team at info@toys.co.nz. Explain the fault, and if possible, provide images. If the issue cannot be easily resolved, we will guide you through the process of return, replacement, or repair.

Change of Mind Returns:

Can I Exchange a Product if I've Changed My Mind? Certainly. We accept returns for products with a valid receipt that are brand new, unused, and in their original packaging with all operating instructions and manuals. You can send it back within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the item's amount. Please note that we do not exchange CD's/DVD's or gaming products. The return freight cost is your responsibility. Ensure the item is securely packaged when sending it back via post; damaged items will not qualify for a refund.
