Shipping Information:
Domestic Shipping Charges:
- North Island: $5*
- South Island: $8*
- Free Shipping on orders over $100*
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed on the checkout page.
Shipping Providers:
- All parcel deliveries: New Zealand Post
- Bulky items: PBT in New Zealand
International Shipping:
- We currently only deliver to addresses within New Zealand.
Track and Trace:
- All New Zealand Post orders include 'Track & Trace.'
- You will receive a dispatch email with your tracking number.
- Use the New Zealand Track and Trace website for real-time tracking.
Shipping to Business, PO Box, or RD Address:
- Shipping to a business address: Include the business name in the address field.
- Shipping to a PO Box or RD address: No extra charge for either.
Delivery Timeframes:
- North Island: 1-2 days
- Rural North Island: 1-3 days
- South Island: 2-3 days
- Rural South Island: 3-5 days
Returned Orders:
- If the courier couldn't deliver your parcel, it will be returned.
- Additional delivery fee required for resending returned orders.
Signature Requirement:
- Someone must be present at the delivery address to sign for the parcel.
- Ensure the correct number of parcels is signed for.
Bulky Freight Charges:
- Some items have a Bulky Freight charge due to their size and shipping costs.
- Charges are based on actual costs from our shipping companies.
- Bulky items are flagged on the product page, and charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
