We are not responsible for inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information on our website.
If you purchase a product at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel your order and refund the amount paid.

Customs & Duties
For orders shipped outside New Zealand, the customer is the importer and is responsible for customs, import duties, and sales tax charges. These charges vary, and we are not in control of them.

Credit card details stored on-site are encrypted using 168bit 3DES encryption. DPS is a level 1 certified PCI-DSS compliant provider.
Cancelling Orders by Toys.co.nz
Toys.co.nz Ltd may cancel orders for various reasons, including suspected fraud or misuse of promotions, marketing activities, or pricing errors. In the event of order cancellation, we are not liable for resulting damages or costs, but we will refund the purchase price if already paid.
